A follow up from our previous post. In the meantime we learned that Dinesh D’Souza resigned his post as President of King’s College in New York.
OUR VIEW: A clever NOT VERY CHRISTIAN attempt to take the heat off of Benghazigate and the massive failure of Christian leadership with respect to OUR current government policies. A Machiavellian attempt to keep the Christian voters divided and an attempt perhaps to not have them vote for a Mormon candidate for the Presidency.
A warning is in order here to show how the general public and readership of World Magazine can easily be manipulated by mingling in the private lives of a Man of Character who attempted to clean the proverbial political temple, who provided leadership where there was none from the holier than thou who disguise their real motives under the cloak of prayer.
O YOU CLEVER PHARISEES save your prayer for the follower of the Black Liberation Theology as preached by the Reverend Wright.
The following prayer posted this afternoon on the Worldmagcom website is posted below. This is the reaction of the folks from World Magazine after they had thrown D’Souza under the proverbial bus.
“Our Heavenly Father, we come to you in humility through the saving merits of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we pray, we are stirred by the Holy Spirit to cry out for your mercy on all of your people.
All-too-frequent reports of the sinful failing of our accomplished leaders bring us no joy. Instead, the searching light of your Holy Word illumines our hearts and minds to our own flaws and failures.
For the sake of the glory of your Name, for the progress of your Kingdom, and for the good of your people and the world, we humbly beseech you to forgive us all. May your wise and overwhelming providence cause these painful and unsettling circumstances to accomplish a greater good of divine blessing.
To that end, we specifically pray for the needs and transition of the board, the faculty, staff, and students of The King’s College. We more broadly pray for your gracious work of holiness and wisdom in all who lead in schools, churches, government, and families. Please refine the public and personal life of each person involved in this heart-rending story. May the spiritual life, family, and good work of Dinesh D’Souza be filled with your grace, healing, and restoration in the time and manner that you alone know to be best.
And finally, Lord, may each of us truly and fully repent of our own sins that harm your cause and hinder your rule in our world. We humbly rejoice in the great gospel truth of our salvation, that “if we confess our sin, you are faithful and just to forgive our sin and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Believing this to be true, we claim this promise for us all through Jesus Christ’s finished work of redemption. In His Name we pray. Amen.”
From our pen we add:
MAY THE LORD of ABRAHAM, ISAAC and DAVID who defeated Goliath with Divine help, that LORD who reigns over heaven and earth, who knows our sins before we knew our own names, who passes no judgement over mankind until the final days, keep these fallen angels far from our side and hold the hand of D’Souza for he is a greater man than those who idly seek your name.
