O La la, what an art catalog can convey about culture, countries, and their women. All contained in this 1958 exhibition catalog.  I will let the images speak for themselves rather then get into the merit of one and another. If you do not read French do not worry. There is NO WAR on women here. Trust me! It is rather a CHIC laud on the qualities of the Parisiennes. E voila Madame, Mamselle ceci est tous pour vous. Ah what a great era this was for a young man! I have been told this by those older than me and in the know. Apparently, even Bernard Buffet, the painter, had to create a special catalog cover. (shown above)
