Sir Thomas More answered to Cromwell: The law is not  a “light” for you or any man to see by. The law is not an instrument of any kind. The law is a causeway upon so long as he keeps to it, a citizen may walk safely!

The play by Robert Bolt (1924-1995) was made into a movie in 1966 that won an incredible six Academy Awards with Orson Welles as Cardinal Wolsey and Paul Scofield as in the role of Thomas More.

I am wondering if a man like Sir Thomas More could be found in any 21st Century government?
