As you read this post, an important judicial case has come to the highest European Court in Luxemburg: The case of an Austrian student versus Facebook. The big issue is the rights to the privacy data and the information being supplied to the United States National Security Agency (NSA).

The entire case by Maximilian Schrems is crowd funded, and the decision by the court will set a European precedent. Seeing the coverage on TV, it reminds me of similar issues brought up by the champion of the People’s Rights from Japan: James Corbett of the Corbett Report.

Recently, Corbett highlighted some specific issues that every freedom loving American and European should think about. These issues will influence the outcome of the current Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between the United States and Europe.

Who cares you might ask? You will. By the way, have you heard your favorite social media site discussing this????
