Some books you will not find in the best of the best lists or in the major biographies on photo books. You will have to seek them out yourself and follow your own taste buds, so to speak, and on my shelf I have a superb book that offers a down to earth view as to how we perceived minorities in the 1970’s. Perhaps it helps some of us to have another look at minorities in general. The book Gypsies Wanders of the World was published by the National Geographic Society in 1970!!! It offers tremendous photos by Bruce Dale and I am sharing the cover and the foreword with you here.
